Cousins Furniture Delivery Service

Cousins deliver everything from dining sets to sofas, beds to occasional furniture, desks to bedroom furniture, snuggler sofas to cabinets all directly to our customers’ homes. Our highly skilled and friendly delivery crew members adhere to a rigorous Covid save regime while making sure to carefully place items in your desired room. Our experienced teams deliver to the most challenging of areas and spaces, or per your instructions practice contactless delivery and leave items at your instructed deliverable location.

Whether delivering from our furniture stores in Birmingham, Dudley, Newcastle-under-Lyme, or Shrewsbury, or from our warehouses in the West Midlands or Shropshire, we will work with you in a timely and convenient manner. We endeavour to deliver within the quoted lead times, although often circumstances are out of our control. With certain areas out of regular delivery catchment, we will use our preferred third-party delivery company, which may slightly extend the delivery date. Track Your Delivery

Cousins partnership with Dispatch Track allows us to plan the quickest route and offers you an opportunity to track your order. You’ll be notified via text and/or email of your delivery time window a minimum of 24 hours before delivery. This will allow you flexibility to plan your day around the time of your delivery.

Delivery Prices

We’re able to deliver multiple orders for different rooms all on the same day, increasing the convenience of our service and minimising the cost of multiple deliveries. 

Upon deliver, once we’ve positioned your furniture in the preferred portion in your room, our delivery team will then offer to remove all packaging for recycling back and our warehouse. This service may not include our third-party delivery company.
