Brief Description:

Cousins, one of the Largest Family Owned Independent Furniture Retailers have a General Store Manager Vacancy within their busy 70,000sq ft Birmingham Store.

For a committed target driven individual, you must possess bags of energy/ enthusiasm and most all have a passion for selling.

You must be self motivated and driven to succeed individually selling and also in leading a sales team to achieving the highest results for your Store and the Company.

KPI analysis, staff training and business development ideas are ongoing.

Rate Of Pay:

Salary and Store Commission. Realistic OTE £40k per annum.

Hours:

40hrs per week

Annual Holidays:

Twenty days per year + Lieu days.

Customer Service Team Leader

Head Office, Oldbury, West Midlands

Brief Description:

Requires strong customer focused qualities to ensure that Cousins commitment to their customers remains at the highest standard. Dealing with all customer enquiries after delivery of their orders.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally/ effectively resolving all customer service issues following delivery
  • Protect the reputation on the Company
  • Analysing supplier performance
  • Liaising with sales administration/ sales team
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Order Processing on computerised system
  • Arranging customer deliveries
  • Negotiating financial settlements with Customers if requested/ authorised by a Senior Manager.

Brief Description:

For a target driven individual, you should possess bags of energy and enthusiasm, be self motivated and with a will to succeed in a competitive sales environment. KPI conversion is a must and is monitored ongoing

  • Customer Service
  • Merchandising of Displays
  • Maximise KPI conversion (targets given)
  • Liaising with sales administration/ customer service team.
  • Manage customer orders effectively

Rate Of Pay:

OTE £25,000 - £30,000

Hours:

Five days per week (39hrs) to include one late night per week, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Annual Holidays:

Twenty days per year + Lieu days. Holiday period is July- June.

Company Pension Scheme:

The Company offers a stakeholder pension scheme after the 3 month probationary period.

Dress Code:

No uniform is supplied. Dark colours, preferably business suit
